You will receive an order confirmation at checkout and a tracking number by email once your order ships. Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery estimates below do not include processing time. All prices are in AUD.

Returns
1. Change of mind
Due to health regulations we cannot accept returns of nutritional products for change of mind. Please choose carefully and ensure any product you select is suitable for you.
2. Faulty or damaged items
If any products or jars arrive damaged please contact us on hello@theronomic.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order. We may request photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. Where required under Australian Consumer Law we will arrange an exchange, repair, or refund. Theronomic may return a product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of a fault. We do not offer an exchange, refund, or repair where a fault is due to misuse or neglect.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
3. Delivery problems
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected please email us so we can assist. For returns under Australian Consumer Law we will arrange collection of the item for assessment, exchange, repair, or refund. We reserve the right to charge return shipping in some circumstances.
4. Policy updates
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law we may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page and take effect immediately.
